What Are Guided Reviews?

Guided Reviews are designed for business owners who want to keep working on their own books but would like professional guidance along the way.

With this service, we review your books, identify 3 key corrections or recommendations, and then meet with you for a 45-minute Zoom meeting to walk through what we found, what needs to be fixed, and how to fix it in QuickBooks.

If time allows, we may also cover additional tips we noticed during the review or answer questions you have about your books.

What to Expect

Access to QuickBooks File

You will need to grant us access to your current QuickBooks Online file by adding us as an Accountant User.

Pay and Schedule MEeting

After you grant us access to your file, we'll send you an email with a scheduling link so you can pay and schedule your meeting.

Discover Improvements

Once you finish the previous steps, we'll begin pulling out the 3 most urgent improvements we can find in your QBO file.

Guided Reviews are available only between April 15 and November 15 so we can protect our capacity during tax season for our monthly bookkeeping clients.

The investment is $300 per session. There is no ongoing commitment.
